I have 15 years of experience in the Title Insurance Industry and now managing a small group of title searchers and examiners.
Examination of public records to determine and confirm a propertys legal ownership, determine outstanding mortgages, liens, judgments, property restrictions and easements, inputting all findings into a title report.
Performing tasks will be: Preparing legal documents, examining documentation such as mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, plat books, taxes, contracts, and agreements to verify factors such as properties legal descriptions and mapping them out, ownership, or restrictions, preparing reports describing any title encumbrances encountered during searching activities, and outlining actions needed to clear titles, creating requirements for title commitment preparation, etc. Services we do: Current Owner Search, Two Owner Search, Updates/ Date down Search, Doc Retrieval, Full Search.
