Vijay Singh

Vijay Singh is an Intellectual Property IPR professional with strong experience in patent research, portfolio management, and innovation strategy. He has worked with organizations like Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, GreyB, UnitedLex, and Hourglass Research. Currently, he is serving as Chief Operating Officer at BITS Technology Enabling Centre, Pilani.

He specializes in patents, trademarks, Freedom to Operate FTO, patentability analysis, IP landscape studies, and strategic client management across domains like telecom, semiconductors, AI/ML, cloud computing, and banking. He has successfully managed teams, handled global clients, and contributed to increasing patent filings and grants.

Academically, he holds an M.Tech in Electrical Power & Energy Systems from National Institute of Technology Srinagar and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from JSS Academy, Noida. He is also a Registered Patent Agent and Qualified Trademark Agent.
