I am a trained journalist with a diploma in journalism and mass communication, additionally I have training in the electronic model of health EKQMH through the ministry of Health. I have done training in basic life support BLS too with experience in customer service. The experience in these positions has given me the opportunity to acquire competency in customer service. I
possess valuable skills in the use of Microsoft Office suits. Additionally, I have excellent
verbal and written communication skills as well as strong leadership skills and teamwork. I
was in charge of Cme and the QI champion for the front office team at Bristol park hospital.
I have excellent customer service, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills, able to
meet strict deadlines involving challenging tasks. I am able to give team motivation and improve productivity.
