About Me

Hi, my name is Victor Felix, I had worked as Virtual Assistant for different online stores, in those stores I used to reply to customer emails, asking about refunds, products information, order issues, tracking info. Also I had to update an action required sheet. I´m looking for a company where I could grow as the company does. I speak and write English and Spanish pretty well, I´m organized and able to multitask and work well with fast-paced directions and instructions, hardworking, energetic, easygoing and trustful person. I know how to handle G suite, Data Entry, Microsoft Office, and I have experience with cloud services, and other technology tools. I am able to work without supervision, I like to learn new ideas and concepts.
