I have over 15 years of professional experience across distribution management, customer service, and banking operations. I started my career with ICICI Bank, where I worked for almost 4 years handling customer queries, service requests, and internal process resolutions for high value clients. After that, I moved into operations and distribution, managing logistics, vendor relationships, and team leadership across states like Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu.

In 2017, I started my own distribution business handling brands like Disney, U.S. Polo, and Action Shoes, giving me deep experience in running operations independently—from sales planning to warehouse coordination.

I’m fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English, and comfortable with Microsoft Excel, CRM tools, and documentation work.
