About Me
Hello, my name is Velaine Barrett. I have been in the BPO industry for 3 years. Here, I developed customer service skills for all three contact channels: voice, email, and chat. I then decided to teach my skills to other consultants by becoming a quality analyst. As a QA, I audit random contacts and provide coaching reviews to improve the consultant’s customer service skills. This has enabled me to develop managerial skills, as I was the point of contact for 21 consultants. I also have on the job training as a trainer to upskill people for contact handling and on the job training as a recruiter. These positions taught me to be skilled in Microsoft Office as well.
