Vanessa Mugide

I am a multi-tasking graduate with a first-class degree in Environmental health science from Makerere University School of Public Health.

I have had an opportunity to be part of several qualitative and quantitative research projects on public health concepts in Uganda. These opportunities have enhanced my research skills in proposal writing and development, development of data collection tools, data management i.e data collection using hardcopy forms and mobile data collection software like epi collect, kobo collect, ODK, HOjji, Gutsindam Redcap, data entry, cleaning and analysis using Epi Data, STATA, SPSS and Microsoft Excel, transcription and report writing. I am proficient in English, Luganda, Lumasaaba.

I am enthusiastic and passionate about Research and Public Health. I am a hardworking and innovative leader. I cherish Teamwork and have harnessed skills in organizational and communication skills, multi-tasking, time management, transcription, data management, and research
