I have 8 years of work experience in the BPO industry with American and Australian clients. My previous tasks include customer service technical support, chat and email support, sales and upselling, collections, VA interviewer, appointment setter, and cold caller. I have received awards in my previous companies for providing excellent customer service, and commendations from American callers for delivering first call resolutions.
I was also a Business English Trainer for Japanese students for 5 years. I can effectively communicate with foreign clients through phone, chat, or email. Ive handled Inbound and Outbound calls, both B2B and B2C capacity. I have experienced creating reports and doing administrative tasks too.
