In my current role as Management Control Manager, I oversee end to end monthly and quarterly financial reporting while ensuring full alignment with group frameworks and strict adherence to deadlines. I coordinate the annual budget and long term planning process, maintain robust oversight of OPEX and CAPEX, and conduct detailed variance analyses against both budget and historical trends. My performance presentations to CODIR provide clear, actionable insights on unit margins, cost structures, and business line profitability. I also design scenario models that support strategic decisions, including those related to margin mechanisms and OPEX considerations, and I act as the affiliate’s liaison for industry wide coordination on cost allocation keys and shared financial frameworks.
I hold a Master’s degree in Finance from Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and a BSc Hons in Mathematics, enabling me to approach financial modelling, forecasting, and data interpretation with precision.
