Im Umme Honey currently live at badda, Dhaka. I completed my Bachelors degree in HRM from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology AUST and handson experience in human resources, I am eager to bring my skills to your team.
In my previous role as an Executive HR at Golden Harvest Infotech Limited 02 years experience. I
managed day to day HR operations, including leave and attendance management, employee database
maintenance both HRIS and manual, and the end to end recruitment and selection process. I also
handled on boarding, separation processes, salary preparation, performance evaluations, employee
relations activities, and updating HR policies, while performing additional responsibilities assigned by
my line manager.
I also gained valuable experience as a Trainee in the HR & Payroll Department at Ha Meem Group,
where I honed my skills in payroll processing Over time calculation, maternity benefits, earn leave &
final settlement.
