I have over 8 years of experience in the fields of horticulture, agricultural finance, and agrientrepreneurship development. I possess rich field level exposure through my work in the banking sector and academic and research oriented exposure through my current role at the National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management MANAGE.

At MANAGE, I serve as a Consultant, assisting in the implementation of entrepreneurship development programs, coordinating trainings, authoring publications, and managing program outreach across India. Previously, I worked for over 6 years as a Manager Rural Development at Canara Bank, where I handled agricultural finance operations, priority sector lending, implementation of government schemes, and financial literacy initiatives.

With a strong academic foundation, including a M.Sc. in Horticulture Floriculture and Landscaping and a B.Sc. Hons in Horticulture, I blend technical expertise with leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
