It is a great honour tone writing to you, firstly let me appreciate the time you have taken from
your day to read through my document, for that may the divine and the universe honour your
hearts desires. My name is Trinity Nyathi, a University of Johannesburg graduate holding a
National Diploma in Human Resources Management, an Advanced diploma in Peoples
performance Management and a BCOM Honours in Human Resource Management. There
comes a point where every being needs to take full charge and control over their lives, I am no
different. I am looking at pursuing my fourth qualification which is a Master’s degree in Human
Resource Development. The end goal is to obtain a PhD. I am advancing my studies because I
have a passion for academia, and I am also not learning just to get a job, but I am on the path
of building my career in the learning and development field
