Tracey Bhana

Possessing experience and knowledge from over 25 years in the hospitality industry; having been involved in general management for the past eight years I have diverse knowledge, skills and experience ranging from operational, guest satisfaction, policies, procedures, revenue management, risk and compliance and legal aspects. I am passionate with regards to mentoring and coaching the team around me and with the risk compliance and audit compliance aspect of the business.
I am able to add value and perform independently using my own initiative and innovative thinking. I have logic and work in a methodical manner, managing priorities and time, whilst empowering, guiding, influencing and developing the team around me.
On a personal note, I am married with no children and am an avid animal and nature lover. I enjoy relaxing with a good book, preferably suspense or management principles, in a calm and peaceful environment.
