About Me
My name is Toni Marucchi, I am 31 year old female living in Cape Town, South Africa.
I currently work as a Product Support Expert Team Lead in the Client & Product Support Team at Meltwater News Ltd and have been in this role for ±3.5 years.
In my role, I contribute to managing the Enterprise and Premium portfolio for the EMEA region through handling client email requests troubleshooting, strategising, collaborating with Product Engineering to provide solutions. I also handle the Live Chat requests for clients, while contributing to setting up workflows and best practices based on clients business and strategy needs. I have been in a Team Lead role for the past 9 months, managing Experts and working closely with a team of interns for the Premium portfolio, as well as contributing to the education and set up of Premium Support training.
Outside of work, I enjoy the outdoors playing Tennis, hiking and running while spending time with friends and family!
