I have been working in the banking industry for more than 25 years. Still working as customer relationship manager. I have assisted two banks to adopt the traditional ROSCA as regular bank product. This product a very popular tool to raise finance for purchase of fixed assets and also to business development neglected by main stream banks world wide. In Ethiopia I made succesful presentation with Bank of Awash and Abyssiniya to try to accomodate it as regular bank product. Yet they lack sophistication to offer standardised product and suddely even did not acknowledge my contribution. Still I insist these banks to scale up for standard product. They fail to see the main problem and fail to solve it. My solution is very simple and effective. Just including ROSCA as a standard bank product it is possible to solve the problem of cyclic termination and make it a permanent product in compliance with a going concern requirement. Also it is possible to solve a limited economic scale product
