Im Louelie June Ponce, I worked as Customer Service Agent Data Entry at Sykes Marketing Inc. from November 2012 to January[removed]The account that was assigned to me is under finance. Were handling bank transactions checks and likes, from encoding to balancing the transaction and fix the errors. It has 2 levels 1st is encoding, 2nd is balancing which is fixing the errors thats been made from the 1st stage. When I left my firs job I tried applying for office clerk and thankfully my past job experience helped to get hired since the only available position is Dispute Resolution Specialist. This is an E commerce company with physical store I handle disputes for different fees thats not supposed to be charged in our company. I also search for the cause of invalid charges and fixing it to avoid disputes. After 1 year in that position they assigned me as warehouse supervisor since I know how inventory works and in and out orders they also put me there to monitor people and their daily task
