I graduated with a major in Chinese Language from Hung Vuong University. After graduation, I had the opportunity to work at Tuyen Quang iron steel Co., Ltd., where I developed a range of skills in marketing statistics and human resources administration. During my time there, I learned how to solve problems, work effectively in teams, manage my time well, and improve skills such as gathering and analyzing marketing data, managing databases, creating dashboards, and reporting on campaign results. In addition, I was also responsible for tasks related to recruitment, employee records, training and development, managing salaries and benefits, resolving labor relations issues, and other administrative duties. Currently, I hold the position of Deputy Head of Human Resources Administration at Victory Shoes Company.
