I have been with the BPO Business Process Outsourcing industry since[removed]I have been exposed to calls than to chat or email support. So far, the accounts that I have handled are phone customer support, banking associate, technical support for telecommunications, and both email and customer support for a car rental company.
What could be my edge when it comes to this field? Is that I already know the basic run around in a BPO field since I've been into customer support, technical support and now email support.
Since I've already been exposed to these types of fields, I am confident to say that I can handle whatever job it is that will be given to me especially when it comes to customer support.
