Im Lark, a former Airbnb Employee and an Airbnb Virtual Assistant for 2 years. I handled Superhost Support during my career in Airbnb and I handled most of everyday tasks when I am still a VA for a UK client. Here are my daily tasks and my experience:
Daily Communication sending check ins and outs, handling guest concerns/issues during, before and after the reservation using PMS, was able to use Hostfully, Hostaway, Uplisting.
Managed reviews left reviews and escalate to Airbnb for low star rating if necessary
Schedule and handle a team of cleaners using Turno and direct messages
Schedule handyman for maintenance and engineers for boiler or heating issues
Refund customers Security Deposit manually if the system did not refund it automatically using Stripe
Doing SEO Tasks
Create and update SOPs using Waybook, Overleaf, or PDF/Word document.
Doing Bookkeeping tasks every end of the month using Xero and Hubdoc
Worked on 27 listings for a client
