I’m Dyane, a dedicated Virtual Assistant and Appointment Setter with diverse experience across education, customer service, and administrative support. My career began as an online English tutor with 51Talk and Acadsoc, where I developed strong communication, patience, and adaptability while teaching both children and adults.
In 2020, I transitioned into the VA space as an appointment setter, connecting with prospects, handling inbound and outbound calls, managing calendars, and supporting clients in industries such as real estate, med spa, insurance, and commercial cleaning. My roles involved not only scheduling appointments but also lead follow up, client communication, CRM management, and providing admin support.
