Micole Joy Oriendo

Hi, I’m Micole Joy Oriendo, and I graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the National Teachers College.
I have professional experience in customer service and administrative support from my roles at EXL Service PH and Alorica PH. In those positions, I developed strong skills in communication, data entry, email management, documentation, and handling customer inquiries all while maintaining accuracy and empathy in every interaction.
My psychology background has also helped me understand different client personalities, manage time effectively, and stay organized even under pressure. I’m very detail oriented, proactive, and comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, Outlook, and online platforms for managing records and tasks.
As a Virtual Assistant, I aim to bring that same level of professionalism, reliability, and positive energy to help clients stay organized and focused on their goals. I’m eager to contribute to a dynamic team and continue learning.
