My specialisation is Office[removed]Admin Center, EXO and Azure AD and Patch and Vulnerability Management for server infrastructures. In Office 365 is my responsibility creating accounts, assigning licences, buying licences via CSP, creating rooms, accessories and other maintaining it. I am solving issues on server side and user side also via RDP on clients. Troubleshooting via eDiscovery, FLOW, archives and others. Cooperating with other teams SharePoint, MFA, MobileDevices,… and creating Knowledge Base. I work with ServiceNow, JIRA and Lotus for communication with other teams, depends on project.
In Patch and Vulnerability management is my responsibility to keep infrastructure updated and bug/vulnerability free. Usually for discovering vulnerabilities customers using Qualys. I cooperate with SCCM or WSUS technicians for applying updates. I am familiar with WSUS which I am using in one of my projects.
