As
a versatile Client services specialist, I have 4+ years of creating satisfied corporate customers while
exceeding monthly KPI’S provided.
In my current capacity as a Client services specialist, I am personally in charge of the Sri Lankan and the
UAE regions which has a client portfolio of more than 100 public and private sector organizations. My key
role is to manage the existing accounts by solving any disputes as and when they arrive and ensuring to
deliver a high quality customer and product experience through regular communications. Also, I’m in
charge of upselling and cross selling new licenses to upgrade the existing accounts of the clientele in the
specific regions.
In my previous tenures, I have worked as an Account manager handling the partners and existing
accounts of the African region. My key role was to bring in new sales via a network of partners stationed in
different countries in Africa. I am an excellent networker who can identify strategic partnership
opportunities
