Darell Jules Orapa

Hi my name is Darell Jules Orapa, you can call me Darell. I graduated in Imus Computer College with course of 2 years information technology. I worked in contact center industry for more than 4 years, which I handled different accounts or line of business. My biggest chunk of my journey in this industry was telecommunication which is T mobile. Where I was a customer service representative for Business customers of T mobile then I was transferred to be a technical support for regular customer. Which my goal was assisting customer over the phone by assisting them in regards with their inquiry, billing concern, account changes and advance technical issue. We are also doing outbound for follow up tickets, test resolution, unfinish transaction or troubleshooting and required long time of investigation of their account. Im a positive, dedicated and resolve driven person. What I like about this job is Im able to talk with different people. Im a positive, friendly and dedicated person.
