My current job daily task is proceed by Microsoft Office.
I have basic knowledge to using SQL accounting software to create and issue sales invoice, delivery order, update payment receipt, sorting monthly stocks end report and sales summary report etc.
Due to my company is purchasing stocks from overseas, so I need key in and update a lot of data in the company price list created platform efficient and accuracy to make sure everything is correct, and I assist to calculated the sales profit and loss of the business.
We place sales order monthly and my responsibility is follow up with the overseas agents and logistics arrangement to make sure the shipment is smooth.
Another clerical and admin task I am doing currently is ticketing and hotel survey, booking appointment and reservation.
May I know the price is based on hours or monthly fix price?
How many working hours per days for part time?
