As a passionate individual in multi sectoral businesses, I am keen to contribute my expertise in the areas of accounting, mergers & acquisition, corporate finance, corporate strategy, restructuring and internal controls implementation.

By way of introduction, I am a qualified Chartered Accountant FCCA with over 9 years of experience with professional deals advisory and audit experience and 2 years in renewable energy industry. I started off my career in external audit with a local Big 4 accounting firm. Subsequently, I worked at Corporate Finance Advisory and gained valuable experience in handling sell side M&A projects which involved deal origination, financial modelling, company valuation, financial due diligence & investors management and etc. I also worked closely with Senior Management team and coordinated with various internal HoDs and financial advisors, corporate lawyers, tax agents, company secretary on corporate exercises at a local renewable energy firm.
