I am a dedicated development professional with over 10 years of expertise in youth employment and skills development, recently serving as a Youth Enterprise Development and Employment Advisor at SNV in Ethiopia. My final year with SNV, I have successfully mobilized stakeholders and exceeded outreach targets, engaging over 8,400 youths and achieving 179% of our target. My commitment to Gender Equity and Social Inclusion GESI is evident in my initiatives, which have empowered over 4,500 young women to secure dignified employment through tailored training programs focused on entrepreneurship and financial literacy.
