As a senior student in Business Administration at Hacettepe University, I have gained significant experience in Human Resources through internships at Doğadan an affiliate of The Coca Cola Company and Coca Cola CCI. During my internship at Doğadan, I streamlined onboarding processes, managed employee orientation programs, facilitated communication between teams, and supported legal and HR operations effectively. These experiences allowed me to enhance both my organizational and problem solving skills while fostering collaboration in diverse teams.

Additionally, my short term role at Coca Cola CCI honed my research and analytical abilities, as I worked on benchmarking reports and evaluated corporate social responsibility initiatives. My ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution has been a key strength in delivering impactful outcomes.
