Caroline Loretta Pitse

My name is Caroline Pitse from Botswana and im still ongoing my Masters in Business admingeneral, i also have a certificates in Business Management and Insurance.
For the past ten years i have worked in Office as a Loan Consulted and got promoted to be a branch manager. I resigned to be a sales person up to date and i have gained skills like conflict resolution which was mostly solving some differences between my team members since i was responsible for hiring ,training and to make sure my sales agents and consultants understand the company needs so to reach our goals. I also gained skills like communication, i have been able to manage customers, problem solving either coming as customer complaint or from my team members and i was also responsible to market and make sure we reach our branch targets by sending messages to clients and make cold calls to[removed]customers daily.
I am attracted to this post because i see that the world is going digital and this will empower my skills.
