In my previous role at Tyme Global Technologies, I managed inquiries and support requests by utilizing Slack for primary communication and meticulously documenting troubleshooting processes, onboarding tasks including pre onboarding tech checks, VIP room routing, and call/reporting issue resolution within HubSpots ticketing system. For account management and telephony infrastructure, I configure operator softphone access and update essential hotel directories and greetings via HostedSuite. Proactive system monitoring is critical, so I rely on Zabbix to oversee server health and alert me to any connection outages. Furthermore, I access FreePBX to review call recordings, verify SIP trunk connectivity to hotels, and manage operator extensions and call configurations. When issues arise with virtual desktop infrastructure, I diagnose and restart individual VDIs using Xen Orchestra, and for broader outages affecting groups of VDIs, I directly manage remote server restarts on OVH Cloud.
