I’m 21 years old. I have 2 years of experience in the U.S. commercial and personal insurance industry. I worked under Swak BPO, where I was assigned to Inszone Insurance Services as a back office support specialist.

My main responsibilities included generating Certificates of Insurance, processing renewals and endorsements, updating mortgagee and lienholder details on carrier websites, and handling client requests. I worked daily with tools like Applied Epic, CSR24, and Microsoft Office, and I always made sure my work was accurate—since our performance was measured monthly.

I was specifically deployed in the Certificate Department, which gave me deep knowledge and hands on experience in processing COIs. In fact, I meet all the qualifications youre looking for in this role. While this is my first time applying for a fully remote or Virtual Assistant role, I’m confident in my skills and excited to grow in this setup. I’m now looking for a new opportunity where I can continue building
