About Me
My name is Sofia, I am from Buenos Aires, Argentina, I have a PhD in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology. Currently, I am doing a postdoc in the Bioinformatics and Genomics Department at the National Institute of Agricultural Technology INTA and also I am professor at the University of Hurlingham. My postdoc project is to develop bioinformatic tools in python for image analysis that can be applied as high throughput phenotyping techniques for main crops. Despite of my work in the academia sector I am looking for easy python jobs or more complex bioinformatic challenges that allow me to improve my income.
