I have 5 years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist providing assistance to U.S. and Canadian customers. I was trained at a large Call Center in the Philippines. I also worked as a Service Desk Analyst for 4 years and 2 years as an Incident Management Analyst. I can provide e-mail, ticket and phone support and will do everything I can to delight your customers.
