Mikhail Alexis Lacson

I worked in the business process outsourcing industry for seven years, having ascended from an entry level agent to a manager. I have handled the offshore call center operations of a US telco giant, among a couple of other technical accounts, and have had experience in supporting customers using various CRM software through phone, email, and chat in technical support, customer service, customer retention, and billing, in addition to number crunching in Excel.

My eight year progressive remote work experience consists mostly of encoding/transcribing tasks that involved SKU entry and barcode generation with a Norway based chain of boutiques, and after sales support for a US based SEO company. My core competencies lie in accounts management, people management, providing world class customer service on the frontlines, data extraction and entry, and reports generation. I am committed to my work, and I always seek to exceed expectations, drawing inspiration from my family.
