My name is Lord Gerond Roldan, a 24 year old entrepreneur graduate with a passion for continuous learning and personal growth. After completing my degree, I initially struggled to find opportunities directly aligned with my course. However, I remained open to learning and took a job as an Accounting Liaison Officer, which became the stepping stone of my professional journey.
Within a month at my first company, my manager recognized my computer literacy skills through tasks involving Microsoft Excel and the company’s internal systems. As a result, I was offered a new contract as an Accounting Staff, where I handled responsibilities such as preparing checks, conducting bank reconciliations, creating financial reports, managing taxes, and other administrative tasks.
Eager to expand my knowledge, I transitioned to another company after a year to take on the role of an Accounting Officer. While I gained valuable experience, I also faced challenges related to maintaining my physical health
