Im from Cape Town, South Africa.
I graduated from CPUT in 2010 where I studied Software Development.
In 2017 I switched specialities from back end PHP development to becoming a Python Data Engineer to build a data warehouse at my current company.
Tools Im interested in working with here include:
Zoho CRM module customization and creation, automation using deluge and zoho CRM workflows
AWS Redshift and MySQL db design, administration, db/query/procedure optimization, scheduled events
Google Apps Script automating google docs
Shell/Bash Scripting ubuntu/linux/unix
Having spent all of my career in small to medium businesses, Ive also worked on various different projects outside of the usual web/data engineering skillset such as; nodejs, PGP, prototypeJS, meteorJS.
Anything youre struggling to find someone to do that requires a bit of outside the norm learning, I can probably jump on it and ride.
