My name is Jason Densing. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and have hands on experience supporting construction estimating work, particularly in quantity takeoffs, plan review, and cost documentation. I have worked on several construction and renovation projects where I prepared takeoffs using PlanSwift, reviewed drawings for scope and discrepancies, and organized quantities in spreadsheets for estimator review.

I am detail oriented, consistent, and comfortable working with plans and specifications. While my main takeoff experience is with PlanSwift, I am actively improving my skills in Bluebeam Revu and AutoCAD and can adapt quickly to new tools and workflows. I also have experience working remotely with U.S. based teams, which has strengthened my communication, reliability, and ability to follow structured processes.
