Possesses strong skills in payroll administration and benefits management, as well as being accustomed to managing schedules and the administration of recruitment processes, from preparing interview schedules to ensuring the completeness of candidate documents. Actively involved in preparing periodic HR reports and capable of working in an organized manner using various HRIS systems. Excellent communication and coordination skills make me an effective liaison between employees and the HR department, ensuring all administrative procedures run efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
