Hi, I am Hazel Ann. I've worked in a call center for around 4 years. I started as an agent handling inbound calls from At&t customers with issues on their internet and cable. I slowly climb my way up and been promoted as a Subject matter expert who handles sup calls and other issues that agent cannot resolve.
