About Me
started programming at the age of 14 in school, developing in house systems for the
school, and assisting the city council with developing system security measures.
Professionally, at the age of 21 I started programming in a Cardiff based software house
Target Computer Group devoted to developing financial systems for offshore banks and
major finance houses on IBM midrange systems.
As my career progressed I moved to London where I got involved in large scale point ofsales
systems Harrods, then real time systems and telecommunications William Hill. As
my experience grew I was regularly sent overseas to consult on systems and
communications for my company a large UK based bookmaker, and after two years in
this role was appointed to the position of R & D manager.
