I'm a Multilingual Customer Support with huge exposure in Customer Service, Administrative, Phone and Live Chat Support - i'm computer literate with deep use of Microsoft tools, Google drive, CRM Application like Actimizer, Podio, Magneto, Cloud systems[removed]etc
Within my former positions, i intensely used administrative correspondences email, answering and resolving customer issues to assist customers and users within their different requests.
