BA in Tourism Management 2008, MSc in Tourism Management and Planning 2009 and PhD by Universidad de las Palmas de Gran Canaria 2015.
At present, Academic Relations Manager at MarineTraffic. Responsible for managing communications, sales and R&D efforts with global Academic and Research Institutions. Specifically but not exclusively with those willing to collaborate in breakthrough areas of importance to MarineTraffic and the maritime world. Also, I coordinate Strategic Partnerships and agreements that facilitate the growth of relations and collaboration in ICT development, and Innovation.
As research fellow 2010‐ 2014 my work focused on the environmental sustainability of ports, low‐carbon policy, and AIS‐based vessel emission calculation. Also on the economic cost derived from externalities.
Enthusiastic, cheerful, positive and always eager to learn. I enjoy introducing people and enabling business growth and collaboration.
