In 2010 I was working for Standard Bank as a teller and 6 months later I was working as an enquiries clerk in
the Lenasia branch[removed]I moved to Standard Bank call centre under card division[removed]I was promoted to
work in the complaints department as an onboarding consultant and 2015 I was promoted to a complaints
resolutions specialist were I was responsible for resolving complaints pertaining to customer service, credit
cards, transactional accounts and Insurance. I used to receive those complaints via telephone, email, website
and Hello Peter. In the year 2020 March I was working for Old Mutual as a Personal Financial Advisor until
2020 October.
When I get this job, I promise to continue upholding the highest standard of integrity. I will ensure that every
duty that is annotated on the job description is executed efficiently and flawlessly. I want to help with
