I have worked as a customer service representative for over 3years in a US and Canadian clients. I also had experience with cold calling where my role was to cold call potential leads from the lists given to us and gather information about the property that they are interested in selling. For instance, I was also given a role to be able to handle a team to increase our companys efficiencies and sales through customer service standards as being a supervisor or coach.
