I’m Niño Palma, a purpose driven individual with a bachelor’s degree in Information technology from Batanes State College. Over the past four years, I’ve developed a balanced mix of academic training, real world experience, and leadership exposure—equipping me with both technical and interpersonal skills. My expertise spans Networking Management, System Troubleshooting, Digital Tools Integration, and Multimedia Design. I specialize in graphic design and content creation, producing branding visuals, social media graphics, and print ready materials. During my internship at the Office of the Provincial Board Secretary, I digitized records, maintained IT systems, and supported workflows—deepening my understanding of digital governance. As a member of the Alliance of Information Technologists and the Supreme Student Council, I honed leadership and coordination skills. I’m passionate about using technology to solve problems, improve processes, and deliver results with clarity and impact.
