About Me
My career focused mainly on travel and hospitality industry. I started as a reservations officer for a resort in Coron, Palawan named Club Paradise where I learned to be more flexible serving different nationalities.
My travel operations skill was developed when I worked in a Japanese owned travel agency where I was tasked to do various assignments. I started as a reservations officer for Maldives and Dubai Team and eventually became a subject matter expert for it. I was assigned to do travel arrangements, check contracts, make a tariff, do the accountings such as payments and invoices, and lastly to manage the team effectively.
I also had the chance to join trainings to improve our service to the Japanese guests such as Hotel Training in Miura, Japan and Airport Coordinator Training in Male, Maldives. I was also assigned for more than a year in Boracay as a travel coordinator and tour guide for our Japanese guests and learned to speak their language.
