With over 3 years working as a Secretary and 2 years as Administrative Assistant, I have developed a strong skill set in appointment setting, scheduling, clerical and organizational tasks. For my previous work experience I worked in a company that works and uses AI and ChatGPT. I also did some training and webinar about this.
In my previous role at a real estate company and government company, I played a crucial role in managing client communications, providing reports, and keeping the files up to date. This involved handling data collections, data entry and maintaining confidential client profiles. In addition to that, I provided support for various operational and administrative tasks ensuring smooth business operations.
I am highly self oriented and possess a quick learning ability, enabling me to adapt to new environments, technologies and tools. I am proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, Outlook and among others.
