Support and Onboarding at Outlier for Scale AI, as well as running my own small business since
2004, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to your team.
At Scale AI, I was responsible for moderating chat during our welcome sessions and managing
our forum on platforms such as Slack and Discourse. This role sharpened my skills in
communication, organization, and problem solving, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
for clients and fostering a positive community environment.
My experience as a small business owner has further developed my multitasking abilities and
reinforced my strong work ethic. Balancing various responsibilities—from managing client
relations to overseeing daily operations—has made me adept at juggling multiple tasks
efficiently and effectively. This background has instilled in me a keen sense of self discipline and
