My name is Ranjithkumar. I have completed my graduation in the year[removed]I have started my career with Medmeme Informatics Pvt. Ltd as Data Research Specialist and then promoted as Data Quality Controller after 1 year. My role was to collect data from internet sources about Clinical Trials, Treatment Guidelines, Meetings, Publications. Arrange all the collected data in a MS-Excel sheet. Clean and arrange unstructured data by using MSExcel functions. Used openrefine tool to clean messy data.
Used Ms-Excel functions and formulas effectively. I was working there for almost 2 years. Then, I joined with Sutherland as Technical Consultant. My role is to assist US customer regarding issues with McAfee anti-virus software. Installing, uninstalling McAfee Software on Windows, MAC, Smartphones. Providing support through remote access. Educating customer about McAfee usage. Troubleshooting McAfee related issues on
Customer device. Create service request number for every incident.
