My name is Paolo, a 33 year old with about 13 years of customer service experience.
I graduated college with a Bachelors Degree in Office Administration and I have been working ever since.
Most of my experience came from International BPO Contact Centre roles supporting a wide range of industries from Telecommunications, Consumer Technology, Online Shopping, and Financial Services. In the past 3 years, since the beginning pandemic, I have worked as a verification specialist and a Trainer for a background checking company servicing clients in the USA, Canada, and Australia. We specialized in recruitment services and doing the necessary steps to make sure that who our clients onboard as new employees are really the candidates they say they are in their applications. We process checking their employment history, past education, title/credentials authenticity, check if they have anti money laundering hits and ongoing/pending criminal court cases.
